Full name, company name, trade specialty, business address, email address, phone number, licensing credentials, custom logo, and login credentials.
Job Photos & Visual Condition Media
Photographs and visual assets uploaded for damage assessment, defect detection, room measurements, and estimate itemization.
Voice & Audio Walkthrough Data
Live microphone audio streams and recorded contractor voice walkthroughs processed solely for real-time speech-to-text estimating and line-item extraction.
Payment & Billing Information
Billing details and transaction history. Payment card numbers and bank accounts are processed directly by Stripe Connect and are never stored on our servers.
2AI & Multimodal Processing Transparency
How Your Photos and Voice Streams are Processed by Artificial Intelligence:
- No Unauthorized Model Training: Your uploaded customer photos, project blueprints, client addresses, and voice recordings are processed via enterprise API endpoints and are not used to train public foundation AI models.
- Ephemeral Audio Streaming: Voice walkthrough audio streams are processed in real-time to extract line items and are discarded after transcription completion.
- Spatial Bounding Box Metadata: Visual defect annotations (coordinates, tags, damage severity) remain your exclusive intellectual property and project record.
3Payments & Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) Financing
SnapQuote AI integrates with Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) and partner Buy-Now-Pay-Later lenders (including Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay) to facilitate deposit collection, contractor payouts, and customer installment financing:
• PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliance: All credit card details and bank credentials are handled directly within Stripe’s certified secure infrastructure.
• Independent Lender Underwriting: If a homeowner elects to finance a project deposit via Affirm or Klarna, credit checks, loan agreements, and repayment schedules are governed strictly by the respective lender’s independent privacy policies and terms.
• Platform Fees: SnapQuote AI receives transaction confirmation metadata (e.g. transaction ID, amount, timestamp, platform fee) to maintain project accounting records.
4How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information. We share data only with verified service providers necessary to operate our platform:
- Cloud & Database Hosting: Supabase and Vercel for encrypted database storage and API hosting.
- AI Infrastructure: Google Cloud / Google GenAI for multimodal spatial defect analysis and audio transcription.
- Payment Gateways: Stripe Connect for escrow, deposit routing, and BNPL merchant processing.
- Legal & Compliance: When required by lawful court order, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights against fraud or abuse.
5Security & Data Retention
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. We retain account information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to comply with tax and statutory accounting obligations.
